Steve is a UEFA B qualified coach who has advanced training in physical education and fitness. He is the founder and director of Younique Football Development (YFD) and FA Registered Football Intermediary (Football Agent).

Steve is a highly skilled and driven individual with an impressive football career spanning over 30 years. In his youth, he successfully played for several UK professional and semi-professional football teams. He also trained daily with MLS Columbus Crew Football Team in America, where he was able to acquire new techniques and methods of coaching at a professional level.
YFD offers a dynamic and holistic delivery approach to football and fitness coaching, which has been tried and tested over several years. This has consistently produced the correct impact and end-product. Many of YFD's players with the vision, passion and ambition of developing to the next level and/or improving their football skills, techniques and strategy, have been successful in progressing on to pro-club football development centres, securing scholarships at academies and professional football clubs. ​
As a result of working on a one-to-one and group basis with children, young people and adults, as well as football teams in the community and in colleges. Steve has the ability to inspire and motivate others to maximise skills, so to achieve education, football and fitness goals, through the design and tailoring of football programmes to suit the individual’s needs.
Younique Football Development (YFD) also acts as a FA registered football intermediary service representing grass roots football professionals within the UK. YFD intermediary services provides clients with trusted career management, opportunities, advice and support for players and their families.

Steve is the football coach, Football Agent, director and founder of YFD. Steve holds a degree and a UEFA 'B' Licence qualification. Steve possesses the skills and passion to take young footballers to the next level. Your child will gain the physical and mental conditioning needed to excel within the footballing industry.
FIONA
Fiona is a qualified Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist. If you feel that your child can benefit from nutrition advice or you feel that you yourself as parent/ guardian can benefit, Fiona is available for consultations. Fees to be discussed on an individual basis
